MACOG in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26, hereby announces Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027 goals of 0 percent (0%) for DBE participation on contracts assisted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The proposed goal and its rationale are available for public review for the next 30 days during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at 227 W. Jefferson Blvd, 1120, South Bend, IN 46601, or linked here.

Written comments will be accepted for 45 days following publication of this notice by mail or email at macogdir@macog.com. The goal may be adjusted by any comments received. Interested parties are encouraged to submit comments.
